30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee - If you return your MULTI-ZAP within 30 days* of purchase the full purchase price will be refunded to you (does not include shipping cost).

The MULTI-ZAP* carries a 3 year Parts and Labor Warranty** on all components.
*(We honor the 30-day Guarantee up to 40 days after the ship date to allow for transit time.)
**(This Warranty does not cover malfunction due to physical damage and/or abuse.)

If you wish to return a MULTI-ZAP to Essence Instruments, please include a copy of the shipping invoice and indicate whether you are returning the device for repair or refund.

This "Warranty" is extended to the person (or Company) who originally purchased the device directly from Essence Instruments. We will only accept returned merchandise, under the terms of the original Warranty, from those (persons or Companies) who have purchased the merchandise directly from us. Therefore, if you choose to resell a MULTI-ZAP Zapper then we (Essence Instruments) will honor its Warranty only to you.

Essence Instruments neither authorizes nor recognizes: product dealerships, franchises, agents of any type or otherwise oversee the sale of our products by second parties. Therefore, we neither authorize nor assume responsibility for any claims or statements regarding any of our products when such claims or statements are made by other Companies or individuals who are not direct agents or employees of Essence Instruments.
